Serving during Operation Desert Storm, orchestrated a high volume of air traffic on a daily basis at one of the Air Force's busiest airfields using tower radio frequencies, radar, and emergency lights. Primary trainer 1993-1994. Consistently trained new controllers including officers to a high degree of success. Developed a training program that resulted in a 25% decrease in training times. Special Education Teachers Aide

Worked in support of a certified Speech Pathologist to educate and integrate language delayed children ranging from 7-10 years of age.  Taught general subjects to children with special needs ranging from Autism and Emotionally Disturbed to English-as-a-Second-Language and Speech Disorders.  I had weekly feedback sessions with the Speech Pathologist as well as other Special Education teachers within the school district.  Attended seminars in my personal time to help me better prepare for the demands of the special needs child.
